Etihad, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Services Agent (UAE National) to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential in supporting the operational and administrative needs of Etihad Airport Services – Ground (EASG), the sole ground operations handler at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Etihad is committed to delivering world-class operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.

• Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

• Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

• Assist in preparing regular scheduled reports and handle information requests.

• Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative support experience is required.

• Candidates must be UAE Nationals.
