✅ Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports/logs.

Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in a front desk/hospitality role preferred.
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills.
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in hotel reservation systems & Microsoft Office.
✔ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Positive, professional appearance & attitude.
