Marriott International is looking for a Guest Service Representative to provide exceptional front desk services, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle room reservations.
✅ Secure payments and verify billing adjustments.
✅ Provide guest information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
✅ Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
✅ Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports/logs.
✅ Follow company policies and ensure a high standard of hospitality.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a front desk/hospitality role preferred.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in hotel reservation systems & Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Positive, professional appearance & attitude.
