Requirements:
✔ Experience in customer service or front office roles (hotel experience preferred).
✔ Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems.
✔ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Service-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
