Accor is hiring a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional hospitality experiences. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is smooth and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet, check-in, and assist guests throughout their stay.
✅ Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
✅ Manage guest accounts and payments efficiently.
✅ Promote hotel facilities and provide upselling opportunities.
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming attitude.

Requirements:

Experience in customer service or front office roles (hotel experience preferred).
Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Service-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
