Job Description:

As a Guest Service Agent (Front Stage), you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome and register guests according to hotel policies.
- Assist guests throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and special requests.
- Process payments and accurately close guest bills upon departure.
- Maintain the privacy and security of guest information.
- Sell available rooms to walk-in guests at the best possible rates.
- Ensure the Front Stage/Guest Services Desk is always operational and well-stocked.
- Update guest information in Opera PMS and maintain accurate records.
- Perform regular bucket checks and routing instruction reports.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and features.
- Handle cashiering duties, including foreign currency exchange and paid-outs.
- Balance cash float and conduct individual cashier audits at the end of each shift.
- Minimize rebates and ensure proper documentation for approvals.
- Attend daily shift briefings and monthly communication meetings.
- Identify and anticipate guest needs to enhance their stay.
- Support management with special projects and additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Receptionist/Guest Service role, preferably in an international five-star hotel.
- High proficiency in English and Arabic/Russian (verbal & written).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Opera PMS.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach.
