The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, greeting guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless hotel experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Guest Interaction: Welcome, register, and assist guests professionally.
✅ Reservations & Check-ins: Manage bookings and ensure a smooth check-in process.
✅ Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
✅ Billing & Check-out: Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
✅ Communication: Ensure guests feel valued and provide relevant information about hotel facilities.
Requirements
🔹 Hotel Experience: Prior front office experience preferred.
🔹 Language Skills: Italian or German is a must; fluency in English is required.
🔹 Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency; experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
🔹 Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
