Role Overview:
The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and private residences, ensuring all standards of luxury hospitality are met. This role is essential in delivering a memorable guest experience through attention to detail and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of all guest rooms and private residences, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning surfaces, mirrors, furniture, floors, and bathroom fixtures.

  • Restock supplies, amenities, and linens according to standard operating procedures.

  • Ensure all guest rooms meet Four Seasons’ high standards of hygiene and presentation.

  • Report any maintenance issues or incidents to supervisors promptly.

  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in 5-star luxury hotels.

  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


Work Details

  • Work Arrangement: On-site

  • Work Type: Full-time

  • Schedule: 6 days/week, 48 working hours per week

  • Location: Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach
