Job Title: Guest Room Attendant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Room Attendant to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms according to established procedures, communicating with supervisors, and attending to guest needs to provide a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms following company standards.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors to receive daily task instructions and report any issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay.

• Address guest requests and report maintenance or service issues to the team leader promptly.

• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Skills Required:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond promptly to guest needs.

• Proficiency in housekeeping duties, including room cleaning and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other staff members.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain consistent cleaning quality.

Preferred Candidate:

• Residence in the United Arab Emirates is preferred.
