We are seeking a proactive Guest Relations Officer to greet guests, manage smooth check-ins, and create exceptional experiences that encourage positive reviews and repeat visits.

Core Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and friendly greeting

• Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure readiness for guest stays

• Build rapport with guests to encourage 5-star reviews and repeat visits

• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations from check-in to check-out

• Address guest requests and operational issues, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and suppliers

• Utilize property management tools like Hostaway and Breezeway to manage guest interactions and property tasks

• Be available for night shifts to accommodate late-night check-ins

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer, preferably in 5-star hotels or holiday homes in Dubai

• Exceptional communication skills in English (Fluency in Arabic is ideal)

• Experience in handling guest interactions that lead to positive reviews and returning guests

• Comfortable working independently while being part of a team

• Flexibility to work night shifts

• Familiarity with property management tools (Hostaway, Breezeway) and DTCM portal for guest registration is a plus
