This role is open to freshers with a strong passion for guest relations, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow. While not part of the hospitality industry, the position involves guest-facing responsibilities to ensure a welcoming and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.

• Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Record guest interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

• Support in resolving guest issues promptly and effectively.

• Maintain updated knowledge of company services, processes, and policies.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• UAE Nationals (Emiratization role).
