An exclusive opportunity awaits at Dubai’s newest upscale cocktail bar, launched by a leading F&B group in a prestigious location. We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager who brings charisma, class, and a VIP clientele. If you’re a natural host with an established network of high-profile guests, influencers, and socialites — we want to hear from you!

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of the brand, personally engaging with VIP guests to ensure a 5-star experience

• Leverage your personal network to bring in repeat high-end clientele, influencers, and HNIs

• Manage and oversee reservations, special requests, and guest preferences

• Maintain ongoing relationships with VIP guests to drive loyalty and revenue

• Coordinate with operations to ensure flawless guest experience and personalized service

• Support event planning, private bookings, and exclusive promotions

🎯 Requirements:

• Arabic nationality (male), between 23–45 years old

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Guest Relations / VIP Hosting role within the hospitality or nightlife industry

• Proven database of loyal VIP guests, socialites, and influencers

• Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Based in the UAE with strong understanding of the local luxury lifestyle scene
