Job Description:

As a Guest Relations Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcoming guests in a professional and friendly manner.

• Managing reservations and waitlists via digital platforms or manual logs.

• Coordinating guest seating and maintaining a smooth flow within the dining area.

• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and occasional complaints with grace and poise.

• Managing phone calls and providing general information about the restaurant.

• Keeping the hostess station and entrance area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: Up to AED 9,000 all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications) + tips

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
