Hilton is hiring a Guest Relations Agent (Personal Concierge) for Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for guests and VIPs, ensuring a seamless hospitality experience from pre-arrival to post-departure. You’ll manage special requests, welcome guests, and provide personalized service that reflects the brand’s signature True Waldorf Service.
Key Responsibilities:

Review guest arrival reports and coordinate with housekeeping for VIP room allocations.

Communicate with guests via email/phone prior to arrival to confirm needs and special arrangements.

Handle special room assignments and suite occupancies.

Welcome guests, manage check-ins, escort them to rooms, and explain amenities.

Ensure assigned rooms are fully prepared with requested amenities before guest arrival.

Manage the Guest Relations Desk in the hotel lobby.

Serve as the main point of contact for guests and ensure other departments are briefed on their requirements.

Maintain guest amenity inventory and knowledge of hotel services, offers, and events.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar guest relations/concierge role.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.

Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism.

Computer literacy with hotel property management systems.

Experience in conflict resolution and cash handling.

Positive, calm, and professional demeanor under pressure.
