Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests at check-in and check-out using the electronic key system.

• Communicate room availability to guests and accommodate room change requests when possible.

• Provide directions and information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, issuing proper claim tickets.

• Ensure outstanding requests from prior shifts are addressed promptly.

• Arrange guest transportation and respond to all guest needs professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at all times.

• Adhere to all Marriott International policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and efficient work environment.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong guest service focus with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Professional appearance and conduct.

• Basic physical ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds and perform tasks like bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Qualifications:
