Job Description:
Our client, a renowned Italian restaurant specializing in authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to enhance the guest experience with a warm, welcoming, and professional approach. Based in Abu Dhabi, this full-time role offers a dynamic environment and the opportunity to be part of a passionate hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.

• Manage reservations and waitlists using reservation systems or manual logs.

• Coordinate guest flow by monitoring dining room activity, communicating with service staff, and ensuring smooth seating and timely service.

• Maintain a clean, organized entrance and waiting area at all times.

• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, providing swift resolutions or escalating issues to management when needed.

Requirements:

• Female candidates, 35 years old or below.

• Open to Ukrainian and CIS nationalities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the UAE, preferably in hospitality or fine dining.

• Adaptable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.

Offer:

• Salary: AED 8,000 to 9,000 per month (inclusive of allowances).
