Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel Dubai, part of Marriott International, is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team. This role is more than just check-in and check-out — it’s about creating memorable and personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay.

The Guest Experience Expert plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, handling guest requests, providing local insights, and delivering top-quality service. As part of the Sheraton family, you’ll be joining a global community dedicated to connection, hospitality, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and operational needs efficiently.

• Address guest requests and provide helpful information about the local area.

• Complete daily reports and administrative tasks accurately.

• Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and service.

• Ensure adherence to safety policies, confidentiality, and company standards.

• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 10 lbs.

• Support colleagues and fulfill other reasonable job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Work Experience: No prior related work experience required (training provided).

• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
