A leading SaaS software product company is seeking a Growth & Customer Success Consultant to join their Dubai-based team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for candidates with a passion for customer success and SaaS technology in the FMCG sector. The role involves handling end-to-end product implementation, client interactions, technical support, and ensuring user adoption for a cloud-based retail intelligence platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based SaaS product for the FMCG industry.

• Understand software architecture to configure products per client needs.

• Work with master data, handle service requests, and troubleshoot data-related issues.

• Communicate directly with clients and relay requirements to internal teams.

• Provide technical assistance to clients and ensure SLA compliance.

• Support clients with report generation and product usage.

• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure client satisfaction through sign-offs.

• Ensure user adoption post-implementation and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.

• Tech-savvy, comfortable with mobile and desktop environments; proficient in MS Excel.

• Understanding of the FMCG business model is required.

• Previous experience in SaaS product onboarding and support is preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE.

• Must hold a passport from the UAE or any GCC country.

• Willing to travel across GCC countries, India, and Pakistan.
