Charterhouse is working with a leading international investment practice that is seeking to appoint a Group Corporate Accountant for its regional office in Dubai.

The successful candidate will oversee financial accounting across a portfolio of investments and property assets, while also managing treasury operations, statutory reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role will involve close engagement with senior management to support budgetary planning, financial modeling, and consolidation of accounts in line with IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting and reporting for investment portfolios and property assets.

• Manage treasury activities, cash flow, and liquidity planning.

• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making.

• Lead statutory reporting and tax compliance (VAT & Corporate) across multiple jurisdictions.

• Ensure IFRS-compliant consolidation and finalization of accounts for audit purposes.

• Drive cost control initiatives and develop financial models for investment analysis.

• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) is mandatory.

• Up to 5 years’ post-qualified experience, ideally from a Big Four audit background.

• Proven expertise in financial control, reporting, and investment-related accounting.

• Exposure to property management, family office, or asset management is a strong advantage.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation processes, and tax compliance.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Understanding of the UAE market and familiarity with diverse financial instruments and asset classes.
