Masafi LLC is seeking a Group Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will lead a team of finance professionals, drive process improvements, and collaborate with key departments to enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation and review.

• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to track company performance.

• Develop and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends.

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings (if applicable).

Internal Controls & Compliance:

• Maintain a strong financial control environment by ensuring adherence to internal policies.

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and other financial regulations.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations.

• Develop strategies for cost control and operational efficiencies.

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels and capital expenditures.

Process Improvement & Technology Integration:

• Identify and implement enhancements in financial systems and processes.

• Support the implementation of financial software and tools for accurate reporting.

• Promote best practices in financial management and internal controls.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to provide financial insights.

• Communicate financial performance and forecasts to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in investment accounting and financial oversight.

• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and wealth management reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle, D365, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
