Job Title: Ground Supervisor 

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Ground Supervisor to oversee day-to-day workshop operations in our fast-growing vehicle modification and conversion company. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, hands-on, and passionate about managing technical teams on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop activities including vehicle modification, assembly, and fabrication

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently

• Support implementation of project plans while maintaining quality and safety standards

• Monitor workflow, track progress, and report any challenges or delays

• Uphold discipline, cleanliness, and safety protocols in the work area

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (motivated candidates with less experience will also be considered)

• Basic understanding of vehicle modification, mechanical, or fabrication work

• Strong communication and team coordination skills

• Ability to manage daily shop floor operations and adapt to dynamic situations

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company
