Job Title: Gravure Printing Machine Operator

Job Description:
We are hiring a Gravure Printing Machine Operator – Single Unit with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to join our production team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician with strong knowledge of gravure printing processes, inks, and substrates. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining gravure printing equipment to ensure high-quality output and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate single-unit gravure printing machines to meet job specifications.

• Monitor printing quality during operation and make real-time adjustments for optimal results.

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical or printing issues.

• Inspect printed products for color consistency, clarity, and defects.

• Adhere to safety protocols and production schedules to meet delivery targets.

• Collaborate with the quality assurance and production teams to maintain consistency and performance.

• Maintain accurate logs of inspections, machine performance, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience operating gravure printing machines, preferably in a flexible packaging or industrial print environment.

• Solid understanding of gravure printing techniques, ink systems, cylinders, and substrates.

• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and inspection protocols.
