IFF, a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team. This creative role involves designing and developing innovative concepts, campaigns, packaging, and collaterals to bring IFF fragrances to life. The designer will collaborate across departments, create visually engaging content for marketing purposes, and stay up to date with trends in the fragrance and beauty industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and create visual materials such as mood boards, key visuals, storyboards, videos, and social content.

• Design packaging mockups, label graphics, and promotional materials.

• Create presentations and collaterals for customer interactions and events.

• Conceptualize creative experiences for customer innovation days.

• Conduct research and report on the latest trends in packaging, campaigns, and colors.

• Support the marketing team with brand-related projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premium Pro / After Effect, and other video editing tools.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in the beauty or luxury industry.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional experience.

• Keen eye for detail and solid understanding of design principles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to create and shape packaging and manual compositions is a plus.

• Education: Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in design.

• Language: Fluent in English.

• Regional Knowledge: Understanding of the GCC region is essential.
