Job Title: Graphic Designer 

Job Description:

Dopamine Studio is a fast-growing branding and design studio that delivers big-agency quality work to startups and emerging businesses. We believe in making exceptional branding accessible to new ventures — and we’re looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to help us do just that.

This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located in the Middle East region. You’ll work directly with the Creative Director, receive hands-on mentorship, and gain the opportunity to grow rapidly while working on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director on branding concepts, strategy, and visual storytelling

• Contribute to creative ideation meetings and client presentations

• Design a wide range of creative assets: social media content, brand collateral, decks, and more

• Assist in developing brand guidelines, mood boards, and visual systems

• Prepare professional final files for both digital and print formats

• Support in creating website design concepts and visual layouts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design

• A strong portfolio showcasing skills in branding, visual identity, typography, and logo design

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

• Excellent visual communication and creative thinking skills

• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to the team

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Webflow, Shopify, or Squarespace for web design projects
