The role focuses on designing visually compelling, data-driven pitch decks for a cleantech startup specializing in recovering and metalizing rare earth and critical minerals. The specialist will transform complex technical content into clear, investor-friendly visuals to engage venture capital firms, strategic investors, and grant providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact pitch and investor decks that effectively communicate complex technical information.

• Translate technical content into clear, concise visual narratives aligned with investor expectations.

• Collaborate with startup teams to understand the business model, technology, and value proposition.

• Ensure the visual presentation meets professional standards and storytelling quality for high-level financial stakeholders.

• Deliver decks on time while maintaining a polished and persuasive aesthetic.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience designing investor or pitch decks for startups, preferably in cleantech, industrial, or technology sectors.

• Strong understanding of venture capital, investor metrics, and growth potential.

• Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, or platforms such as Pitch and Canva.

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for business presentations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work remotely and meet tight deadlines.

• Prior experience with fundraising presentations for multi-million dollar rounds is highly preferred.
