Key Responsibilities:

• Structured Training & Development: Participate in a comprehensive program that integrates practical learning and leadership development.

• Departmental Familiarization: Gain exposure to various core functions and responsibilities within the designated department.

• On-the-Job Training: Receive hands-on experience for 18 months in alignment with the trainee’s intended role, guided by experienced professionals.

• Contribute to Innovation & Decarbonization: Assist in supporting EGA’s efforts to innovate and decarbonize operations, contributing to the organization’s sustainability goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
