EMSTEEL Group is looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee (Procurement) – Emirati Talent to join their team in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in developing a career in procurement within the cement manufacturing sector. The role will provide hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor coordination, and supply chain support to contribute to efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing materials, spare parts, and services required for cement manufacturing operations.

• Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders, RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and comparative statements.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Maintain and update supplier databases and records.

• Assist in onboarding new suppliers and conducting preliminary evaluations.

• Communicate with suppliers to clarify requirements and resolve minor issues under supervision.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and internal controls.

• Maintain proper records of contracts, quotations, and procurement documents for audit and compliance purposes.

• Track procurement costs and support cost-saving opportunities.

• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards on vendor performance, pricing trends, and order status.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Interest in procurement, supply chain, or industrial operations.

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

• UAE National (Emirati) with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
