Emerson is seeking UAE National graduates to join their Graduate Trainee Engineer Program. This full-time, on-site role provides hands-on experience in engineering projects, technical training, and soft skills development. Trainees will collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to innovative solutions, and gain exposure to various business units across the MEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the UAE National Graduate Program, completing project assignments under supervision.

• Shadow supervisors and program leaders, asking questions to reinforce learning.

• Conduct independent research to strengthen knowledge of technical and business topics.

• Attend technical training sessions, workshops, and mandatory soft skills programs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in meetings across the organization.

• Analyze data, prepare reports, and share findings with supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

• Exhibit Emerson’s core values and adhere to health and safety practices.

• Be willing to travel to different MEA offices, locations, and sites as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate Engineer with a degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills.

• Strategic mindset with ability to identify trends and anticipate future organizational needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA qualification is advantageous but not required.
