This opportunity is part of AECOM’s Fursa Program and is exclusively open to UAE Nationals with a valid family book (خلاصة القيد). The role offers a hybrid work model and focuses on hands-on experience in project surveying and commercial cost consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Quantity Surveying staff with pre- and post-contract deliverables

• Assist in measuring quantities for cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities

• Participate in preparing tender documentation and cost estimates

• Help maintain cost control procedures and evaluate financial variations

• Support in change order pricing and negotiation

• Assist with market rate testing, benchmarking, and asset cost data maintenance

• Contribute to technical report formatting, quality control, and research tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university

• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025)

• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or equivalent

• Must be a UAE National with a valid خلاصة القيد (family book)
