WSP in the Middle East is seeking a recent Emirati graduate to join their Learning & Development team in Abu Dhabi. This hybrid, full-time role offers the opportunity to support capability-building initiatives, deliver training programs, and contribute to the development of national talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the design and delivery of training programs, including technical, soft skills, and onboarding sessions.

• Coordinate learning events, workshops, and graduate induction sessions.

• Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, content uploads, and reporting.

• Engage with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and track engagement.

• Help produce internal communications, newsletters, and success stories for L&D campaigns.

• Support Emiratization and national talent development programs.

• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) learning initiatives.

• Maintain accurate learning records, feedback summaries, and dashboards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a UAE National (with valid Family Book/Emirati ID).

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a relevant discipline.

• Strong interest in learning, development, and organizational growth.

• Good communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

• Eagerness to learn about digital learning tools, LMS systems, and instructional design.
