Marriott International is seeking a Government Relations Supervisor to handle visa processing, employee documentation, and official government-related tasks at La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai Autograph Collection. The role involves liaising with immigration authorities, managing visa applications, medical tests, and Emirates ID processes, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Visa & Immigration Processing

• Track and follow up on pending visa applications at immigration offices.

• Handle visa renewals, cancellations, and change of status procedures.

• Assist new employees with medical tests, Emirates ID processing, and OHC medical.

• Ensure guest visas are processed efficiently and resolve any pending or rejected cases.

📑 Government Liaison & Compliance

• Collect Emirates ID cards and OHC cards from relevant government authorities.

• Obtain attestation of hotel and employee documents when required.

• Provide daily updates to the Government Relations Manager on pending applications.

• Track cancellation applications and status changes for employees leaving the company.

• Accompany terminated employees to the airport to ensure smooth exit procedures.

💰 Administrative & Utility Payments

• Apply for and renew Etisalat, Ejari, Empower, and DEWA bills for the hotel.

• Generate monthly reports on employee status from immigration authorities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
✔ Experience:

• 1+ years of related work experience in government relations.

• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
  ✔ Language Skills: Arabic fluency is a must.
  ✔ Preferred Skills: Familiarity with UAE immigration laws and government portals.
