CMA Terminals Khalifa Port is seeking a Government Relations Coordinator (UAE National) to manage regulatory affairs and liaise with government entities in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role requires handling company registrations, legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage interactions through government portals and liaise with Abu Dhabi government departments, ministries, and embassies

  • Draft professional correspondence in Arabic and English for submission to government authorities

  • Handle all company registration, licensing, and amendment procedures

  • Stay informed on regulatory updates and advise management accordingly

  • Maintain accurate company and employment-related documentation

  • Represent the company in meetings, inspections, and audits with government bodies

  • Support legal and compliance resolutions in collaboration with internal teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong letter drafting skills in both Arabic and English

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and departmental record-keeping

  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Note: This position is open only to UAE Nationals as part of the nationalization initiative.
