Job Title: Goalkeeper Coach 

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Goalkeeper Coach to train and develop aspiring goalkeepers, focusing on both physical and mental performance. This role involves conducting evening training sessions and guiding players to improve their technical, tactical, and psychological skills.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in football coaching, particularly with goalkeepers, and be committed to helping players build resilience, confidence, and match-readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

• Plan and lead specialized training sessions covering shot-stopping, positioning, handling, distribution, and footwork

• Provide tactical guidance and situational decision-making strategies

• Design strength, agility, and endurance exercises to enhance physical performance

• Develop mental toughness, confidence, and resilience to perform under pressure

Video & Performance Analysis:

• Review game footage with goalkeepers to identify strengths and improvement areas

• Offer clear, constructive feedback to refine techniques and match awareness

Matchday Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-match warm-ups to prepare goalkeepers physically and mentally

• Offer tactical advice and encouragement during matches

• Provide post-match analysis and feedback for continuous growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a goalkeeper coach

• Age: 20 years and above

• Strong knowledge of modern goalkeeping techniques and training methods

• Excellent communication and motivational skills

• Ability to integrate goalkeepers into overall team dynamics
