Marcopolo Holidays is actively hiring a Global Visa Consultant to join their team in Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with a background in visa consultancy, customer service, or sales, and a passion for delivering client-centric visa solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire tourist visa application lifecycle while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored visa consulting services, including document collection, online application submission, and follow-up with embassies and consulates

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering expert guidance and ongoing support

• Clearly communicate visa process requirements, timelines, and updates to clients

• Achieve sales goals while ensuring clients receive exceptional service

• Stay informed of changes in visa regulations to maintain compliance and enhance service delivery

• Leverage digital tools to streamline document management and improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa consulting or related roles (sales, operations, or customer service), with a focus on tourist visa processing

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, etc.)

• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to embrace continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university

• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is a plus

• Must be able to relocate to/work in Sharjah, UAE
