Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong background in global talent acquisition for the manufacturing sector? We are seeking a Global Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring strategies for corporate and factory-based roles across Europe, the US, and key global markets. Reporting to the COO, you will play a critical role in building talent pipelines, optimizing recruitment processes, and strengthening employer branding to attract top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop a Global Talent Pipeline

  • Establish proactive sourcing strategies for key roles (engineering, production management, supply chain, maintenance, etc.).
  • Oversee factory recruitment activities to ensure consistency in quality hiring.

🔹 Optimize Recruitment Processes

  • Implement standardized hiring processes that minimize time-to-fill and improve candidate fit.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws across all hiring locations.
  • Design structured interview processes and performance-based job profiles aligned with company goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.

🔹 Lead Critical Recruitment Projects

  • Manage high-priority hiring needs for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring.

🔹 Strengthen Employer Brand & Talent Attraction

  • Develop initiatives to enhance employer attractiveness in key talent markets.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities reflect a consistent, strong employer brand.

Who We’re Looking For:

7+ years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to global hiring markets (Europe & the US preferred).
Manufacturing industry expertise is mandatory.
✔ Proven ability to lead and execute recruitment strategies in corporate and factory-based environments.
✔ Strong knowledge of international labor laws, compliance, and talent market trends.
✔ Ability to manage standalone recruitment efforts while also leading strategic initiatives.
