This position requires expertise in processing payroll across multiple jurisdictions, including US, UK, and EU, and a focus on accuracy and process improvement. The role offers remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure payrolls are delivered on time and with 100% accuracy

• Manage payroll deadlines and monthly tasks

• Prepare payroll reports and provide data to finance

• Comply with GDPR regulations and maintain confidentiality

• Resolve payroll queries or escalate as necessary

• Seek process improvements for seamless HR, Payroll, and Finance collaboration

• Maintain payroll policies and provide project support

• Build relationships with vendors to ensure service delivery and compliance
