Schneider Electric is hiring a Global Internal Auditor for its Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting and leading audits across the Middle East & Africa region to improve internal controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance. The position offers extensive exposure to global business functions and travel opportunities (40% expected).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial, operational, and compliance audits across regional and global teams.

  • Evaluate internal controls and identify process inefficiencies and risks.

  • Execute data analyses, interviews, and testing to identify root causes.

  • Present audit findings and insights to senior management.

  • Drive follow-up audits and monitor implementation of corrective actions.

  • Use audit analytics and visualization tools for impactful insights.

  • Support development and maintenance of audit frameworks and KPIs.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • CIA, CPA, or CISA certifications highly desirable.

  • 8–10 years of audit experience, including 4+ in managerial roles.

  • Proficiency in audit tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience in consulting or Big4 is a plus.

  • Multilingual (Arabic/French) is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally/internationally.
