Manchester City Football Club is seeking an ambitious Girls’ Football Coach for the Talented Player Pathway (TPP) in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This full-time role is part of City Football Group’s global coaching network, delivering world-class coaching to develop young female football talent in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Plan and deliver engaging football sessions aligned with CFG methodology for U7–U9 players.

• Lead the team in competitions and tournaments.

• Provide individual feedback and support player development through IDPs.

• Work closely with families, colleagues, and partner clubs.

• Contribute to broader football education initiatives in the UAE.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum UEFA B Licence (Level 3) or equivalent – essential.

• Proven experience coaching talented young players, ideally in an academy or professional club setting.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with players from diverse cultures.

• Knowledge of youth development principles and player pathways.

• Flexible and adaptable – able to travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai; open to international projects.

• Committed to safeguarding and maintaining high professional standards.

• Willing to relocate and live in the UAE.
