City Football Group is seeking a Girls’ Football Coach for the Talented Player Pathway (TPP) program in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing young female players (U7–U9) through world-class coaching, holistic player development, and representing CFG’s methodology in competitions and training sessions. This full-time, fixed-term position offers professional growth and exposure within a global football network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with CFG methodology.

• Lead girls’ teams in competitions and tournaments.

• Support individual player development through feedback and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

• Collaborate with families, colleagues, and partner clubs.

• Contribute to broader football education initiatives across the UAE.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum UEFA B Licence (Level 3) or equivalent – essential.

• Proven experience coaching talented young players, preferably in an academy or professional club setting.

• Strong communication skills; ability to work with players from diverse cultures.

• Knowledge of youth development principles and player pathways.

• Flexible and adaptable, willing to travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai and work on international projects.

• Commitment to safeguarding and high professional standards.

• Must be willing to relocate and live in the UAE.
