Entrepreneurs.com is seeking a talented Ghostwriter to manage the LinkedIn content strategy for Alec Henry and key company spokespersons. This is not just a writing role — you will actively shape strategic vision, develop impactful concepts, and contribute to building strong personal brands. You will ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality communication that aligns with each leader’s positioning while driving audience engagement and brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the LinkedIn communication strategy for Alec Henry in collaboration with the communications team.

• Write and schedule 7 posts per week for Alec Henry, ensuring tone, depth, and positioning consistency.

• Integrate news, video content, interviews, and events into the editorial plan.

• Propose creative, high-performing post ideas that boost engagement, virality, and authority.

• Manage LinkedIn communication for four spokespersons: Commercial Director, Performance Director, Communications Manager, and Marketing Manager.

• Define a unique editorial angle for each spokesperson.

• Write and publish 3 posts per week for each spokesperson, ensuring regularity and impact.

• Collaborate closely with spokespersons to refine ideas and highlight their expertise.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Mastery of LinkedIn’s platform, algorithms, trends, and formats.

• Strong business, marketing, or consulting culture, ideally with scale-up experience.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to convey depth and impact quickly.
