Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star hospitality environment.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience (for team management roles).

• Strong command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

• High school diploma required; degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

• Strong customer service personality with high emotional intelligence.
