Novel Insight Property is a rapidly expanding luxury real estate consultancy in Dubai, specializing in high-end properties. We are looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our team, drive strategic growth, and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Strategy: Craft and implement a growth-oriented business plan to establish our leadership in the luxury real estate sector.

• Operational Leadership: Oversee sales, marketing, HR, and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Industry Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with top developers like EMAAR, DAMAC, and SOBHA to secure premium property deals.

• Market Analysis & Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and ensure competitiveness in the luxury real estate space.

• Revenue Growth & Performance Metrics: Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base, increase revenue, and monitor key performance indicators.

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of senior management experience in real estate, with a strong track record of business growth and leadership.

• Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, industry regulations, and emerging trends.

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

• Ability to build and maintain high-value industry relationships.
