About the Client:
A prominent distribution company in the Middle East, representing some of Italy’s most renowned retail and food brands.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations across 7 locations, ensuring exceptional food quality, customer service, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multi-unit restaurant operations, driving profitability, maintaining brand standards, and cultivating a positive and productive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

• Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and frontline staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.

• Monitor key financial metrics, including sales, labor costs, inventory control, and food costs, implementing strategies to optimize profitability.

• Oversee compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.

• Address customer concerns and escalations professionally, ensuring a superior guest experience.

• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Male, aged 40 years or younger.

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the hospitality or food service sector, with at least 3 years managing multiple units/outlets.

• Strong expertise in restaurant operations, P&L management, and leadership development.

• Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license.

• Currently based in the UAE.
