🔍 Role Overview:

A leading Middle East-based distributor of renowned Italian food and retail brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Operations Manager to oversee and elevate operations across multiple outlets. This is a key leadership role focused on driving profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences across seven locations.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end daily operations across multiple retail food outlets, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and hygiene.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of store managers and frontline staff to build high-performing teams.

• Analyze and optimize key financial metrics including sales, labor costs, inventory levels, and food cost control.

• Ensure all stores maintain compliance with UAE health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.

• Act as the final escalation point for customer complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability across all branches.

• Report to executive leadership and contribute to long-term strategic planning for expansion and brand positioning.

• Gender: Male

• Age: 40 years old or younger

• Experience: Minimum 6 years in the hospitality or food service industry, with at least 3 years in multi-branch operational leadership

• Expertise: Strong background in restaurant operations, team leadership, and financial performance (P&L management)

• License: Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license

• Location: Must be currently based in the UAE
