Job Title: General Manager – Ready Mix Operations (Dubai, UAE)

Job Description:

Tremix Dubai is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Ready Mix operations in Dubai, UAE. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the Ready Mix or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business expansion and profitability in the Ready Mix sector.

• Oversee end-to-end operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health & safety protocols.

• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on operational excellence.

• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

• Stay ahead of market trends, technological advancements, and industry developments to make data-driven decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the Ready Mix or construction industry.

• Extensive knowledge of Ready Mix production processes, quality standards, and supply chain management.

• Strong business acumen with a history of driving revenue growth and meeting financial targets.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.

• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, HSE practices, and environmental policies in the construction sector.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement long-term business strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

• Professional certifications or industry memberships are an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Ready Mix or construction industries.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a relevant field.
