Join a reputed Audit and Accounting Firm as a General Accountant and play a key role in managing daily financial operations and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time position for candidates already based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Manage accounts receivable and payable

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with UAE tax laws

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

• Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation

• Monitor and update accounting policies and internal controls

• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in general accounting (preferably within the UAE)

• Proficient in accounting tools like QuickBooks, Odoo, and Microsoft Excel

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills

• CPA qualification is a plus

• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE
