EY is seeking a highly experienced Manager to join their Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team in Abu Dhabi. In this managerial role, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides tax services, manages client compliance, and coordinates large-scale tax projects. Your expertise in domestic and international tax regulations will be crucial in driving high-quality service delivery for clients across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to provide tax services and manage client compliance and reporting needs.

• Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Manage day-to-day client engagements, monitor progress, and ensure timely deliverables.

• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive performance improvements in tax services.

• Coordinate tax services across EY teams in the MENA region.

• Generate new business opportunities and build client networks within the GCR client base.

• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a positive learning culture.

• Ensure adherence to EY’s Tax Quality guidelines.

• Manage engagement economics, track fees, and handle project staffing.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or a related field.

• Advanced qualifications such as MBA, CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.

• Over 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax regulations, ideally within a large professional services firm.

• Expertise in tax accounting, tax auditing, and managing complex tax projects.

• Proven track record in managing and developing teams, with a focus on high-quality service delivery.
