This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in sublimation and direct-to-film (DTF) printing, ensuring high-quality output, precision, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

🖨 Operate sublimation and DTF printers for garment and fabric printing.
🎨 Prepare artwork, ensuring color calibration and print accuracy.
🛠 Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment for optimal performance.
✅ Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency and precision.
📊 Manage inventory of printing materials, including inks, films, and transfer papers.
🤝 Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
⚠️ Follow safety and maintenance protocols for smooth operations.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in sublimation and DTF printing.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and RIP software.
✔ Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills for printer and heat press troubleshooting.
✔ Excellent teamwork and communication skills (Fluent in English is mandatory).
