Z Plus Limousine, part of A&E Ventures Group, is setting up a state-of-the-art garage to serve its fleet and external customers. We are seeking an experienced Garage Manager (EV Specialist) to lead operations, manage a skilled technical team, and ensure high-quality maintenance and servicing of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and luxury vehicles. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and manage a new garage from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily garage operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Manage maintenance, repair, and servicing of EV and luxury vehicles.

• Lead, train, and develop a skilled technical team.

• Handle vendor relations, spare parts procurement, and workshop efficiency.

• Ensure top-quality customer service for external clients.

• Maintain compliance with RTA/Dubai and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with group companies to align garage operations with business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in automotive service, with proven expertise in Electric Vehicles (EVs).

• Experience managing a garage or service center.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and EV technologies.

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
