Fly Zone Trampoline Park is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Game Room Attendants to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for visitors. The role involves guest interaction, operating arcade/carnival games, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the arcade area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in operating arcade and carnival games.

• Manage redemption counter activities (prizes, stock, and display).

• Monitor game machines, report faults, and assist with troubleshooting.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order in the arcade area.

• Engage with children and families to create a friendly atmosphere.

• Handle cash/card transactions for game cards (training provided).

• Enforce Fly Zone safety rules and policies.

• Support team operations and activity schedules.

• Maintain toy/equipment inventory and ensure upkeep.

• Provide care to children, administer first aid if required, and complete accident reports.

• Upsell park products and services when appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 6–12 months of experience in customer service, recreation, kids’ clubs, or entertainment (preferred but not mandatory).

• Background in fitness, sports, or leisure industry is an advantage.

• Fluency in English; Arabic, Urdu, Tagalog, or Hindi are a plus.

• Friendly, patient, and enjoys working with kids.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Must be willing to relocate/work in Ras Al Khaimah.
