Elysean Wellness Spa, a high-end VIP wellness spa in Business Bay, Dubai, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Receptionist for its spa operations. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a wellness or spa environment, possess excellent communication skills in English, Russian, and Arabic, and be committed to delivering a 5-star service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle online sales and customer inquiries

• Provide excellent customer service to VIP guests, ensuring a 5-star experience

• Coordinate spa bookings and appointments

• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the spa reception

• Promote spa services and products to clients

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a wellness or spa receptionist/sales role

• Fluent in English, Russian, and Arabic

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to relocate to Dubai and work full-time

• Previous experience in a high-end VIP wellness spa is highly desirable
