Job Title: Full-Time Outdoor Caretaker / Handyman

Job Description:
A private household in Dubai is seeking a skilled and dedicated Outdoor Caretaker / Handyman to take full responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of all outdoor areas of a residential villa. This long-term role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing outdoor spaces. The household is respectful, pet-friendly (with one small dog), and offers a calm, stable working environment with no children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outdoor repair and handyman tasks: fixing, screwing, painting, and surface maintenance

• Maintain garden health: watering, trimming, fertilizing, and monitoring plant health

• Conduct daily pool cleaning and maintenance (skimming, chemical balancing, equipment checks)

• Clean all outdoor areas including patios, pathways, garage tiles, and driveway

• Wash and detail cars regularly

• Clean and maintain BBQ area after use

• Prepare and set up outdoor seating, sunbeds, and cushions

• Carry out seasonal touch-ups (painting or treatment of surfaces)

• Ensure all outdoor zones are tidy, functional, and aesthetically maintained

Requirements & Skills:

• Male candidates only (preferably from the Philippines or Maldives)

• Proven experience in outdoor maintenance, preferably in a villa, private home, or hotel setting

• Hands-on expertise in handyman tasks, gardening, pool maintenance, and outdoor cleaning

• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors year-round

• Fluent in spoken and understood English

• Neat, presentable, and maintains high personal hygiene

• Honest, reliable, and self-motivated

• Eye for detail with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in quality workmanship

• Able to manage time effectively and work independently
